Position Overview

The Client Relationship Analyst serves as the single point of contact for our clients and is accountable for maintaining strong relationships while addressing their everyday needs. This position requires a professional who can seamlessly manage client interactions, drive program advancement opportunities, and ensure the highest level of service is consistently delivered. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, and possessing the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

This role also involves being the voice of the client within arenaflex, representing client perspectives to internal teams including IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, and executive leadership. You will be instrumental in translating client requirements into actionable insights that improve our 340B program offerings and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

Arenaflex is pleased to offer a competitive compensation package including a base hourly rate of up to $32/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in bonus plans based on individual and company performance.
