Within the Technology Office, our Quality Management Office focuses on the application side of our operations. This team is responsible for ensuring that all applications used by our frontline teams meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Without rigorous testing and quality assurance, issues in production could significantly impact our operations, leading to delays, customer dissatisfaction, and potential safety concerns.
Our daily responsibilities include collaborating with Scrum Masters, Developers, and Product Owners to test applications during development cycles. We also maintain comprehensive metrics to demonstrate progress and keep leadership informed about testing status and quality assurance outcomes. Key Responsibilities
As an Innovation Analyst Trainee at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate with interest in business analysis, technology, or aviation industries.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. You'll need to create documents, analyze data, and deliver presentations effectively.
