CRM Specialist

Murad is currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs. The ideal candidate will help drive CRM excellence by partnering closely with multiple teams to deliver engaging, revenue-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and printed campaigns
• Assist in building and maintaining automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)
• Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
• QA campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy in content, targeting, and tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, and retention
• Collaborate with creative, product, and eCommerce teams to align messaging with promotions and launches
• Maintain CRM calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaigns
• Support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and revenue performance
• Monitor list health, deliverability, and data hygiene best practices

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
• Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive
• Familiarity with email and SMS best practices and segmentation strategies
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email editing
• Experience in Shopify
