We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Driver Support team at arenaflex. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering world-class customer service to clients and drivers who reach out through our contact center via telephone, email, or chat.
This is a US-based remote position located near our office in Hopkins, MN. The position operates on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, working 40 hours per week. Our team hours span from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, providing flexibility in shift selection.
