What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Multi-Channel Inquiries: Handle incoming email tickets, live chat requests, and social media inquiries with speed and accuracy. You'll be the voice (and typing fingers) of arenaflex across multiple communication platforms.
- Phone Support: Anticipate and manage phone calls from customers, providing the same high level of service and problem-solving expertise over the phone as you do in writing.
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess each customer's specific needs to achieve satisfaction. This requires active listening, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand what the customer is truly looking for.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits. You'll follow through to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized filing systems for all related documents.
- Policy Compliance: Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable English written skills with the ability to compose clear, professional, and grammatically correct responses.
- Phone Handling: Strong phone contact handling skills with active listening abilities and a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Customer Focus: A genuine customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond effectively to different types of personalities and situations.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Note-Taking: Good listening skills and experience in accurately capturing and documenting customer interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with GSuite (Google Workspace) applications for communication, documentation, and workflow management.

- Previous experience in a remote or home-based customer support role.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.

Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively from your home office, please ensure you meet the following technical specifications:
- Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed for primary use and at least 10 Mbps for backup.
- Computer Specifications: A desktop or laptop computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM. A backup device with at least an Intel Core i3 processor is required.

Compensation and Starting Rate
