We are currently seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in India, where you will support arenaflex network countries on contract management activities that are essential to our operations.

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist in Contract Management, you will be responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Maintenance and Service Agreements (MMA) for our customers across multiple geographies. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, customer service excellence, and analytical skills. You will work closely with local divisions, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate contract setup and efficient service delivery.

Note: The tasks mentioned below are highly customized for arenaflex Turbocharging operations, hence necessary training shall be provided post joining to ensure your success in this role.
