Director of Client Relations - REMOTE

At ArborBridge, our number one goal is to relieve the stress of the test-taking process. Progress toward that goal begins with our team of Directors of Client Relations (DCRs), who partner with parents and their admissions advisors to deliver amazing tutoring outcomes for ArborBridge students. DCRs are responsible for the sale of our services and the ongoing oversight of a customer’s experience.

Our DCRs draw on expertise, empathy, and top-notch communication skills to bring high-quality tutoring programs to families around the world. We’re looking for someone who wants to join our full-time team, develop their skills and knowledge alongside us, and contribute to helping students achieve their academic and testing goals.

You are sensitive to the needs of parents and students and lean into difficult conversations. You know when to crack a joke, when to be serious, and when to call instead of email.

A Motivated Learner and Self-Starter.

You thrive in an environment where you get to take the lead in reaching your goals. You love doing things on your own without being told what to do next. You are a collaborative team player who keeps the best interests of the company in mind, and always hungry to tackle challenges in an ever-changing environment.
