The Role

The Enterprise Business Development Executive - MH Communities (Community Relationship Executive) drives Zippy’s growth strategy by expanding and optimizing our partner network within the community channel. This role combines new business development and senior relationship management, serving as the primary growth and strategy leader for Zippy’s most important community operators.

You’ll own the full partner lifecycle - from identifying and contracting new channel partners to onboarding new communities and driving long-term engagement and performance. Equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and operator; this position requires strong commercial instincts, process discipline, and executional rigor.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams to handle operator onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by driving measurable results.
