As a Statistician within arenaflex, you will leverage strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of human behavior to support critical initiatives related to rating, retention, estimation, data analysis, competitive intelligence, healthcare trend analysis, and business results tracking.
Throughout your journey in the Actuarial Development Program, you will experience four comprehensive rotations that will immerse you in key business areas. Each rotation is designed to provide you with exposure to the following critical domains:
arenaflex follows a hybrid work model that provides employees with the flexibility to alternate between working in the office and telecommuting based on the work you need to accomplish. This approach allows you to collaborate in-person when meaningful connection is needed while also enjoying the benefits of remote work when appropriate.
