As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and driving revenue growth. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets * Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth * Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Provide sales support and training to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed * Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative **Essential Capabilities** * 5-7 years of direct selling experience, ideally in a sales support role or earlier CPG experience approaching clients * 2 years of earlier marketing/project/communications experience * 2 years of earlier management/leadership experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve business objectives * Strong technical skills, with the ability to use sales software and tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Experience working in a sales support role or earlier CPG experience approaching clients * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working with sales software and tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement * Experience developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth * Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve business objectives * Strong technical skills, with the ability to use sales software and tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
