What You'll Do as a Chat Specialist
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and customer experience for our dealer clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a wide variety of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and helpful information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service options, financing opportunities, and general dealership questions.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

Training and Development

- 4-Week Remote Training Program: Full-time training for four weeks, Tuesday through Saturday.
- Training Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EDT
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Training covers product knowledge, chat best practices, lead generation techniques, dealership processes, and company policies.
