**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients through our LiveEngage platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering 2-3 incoming chats, using your expertise to enhance the value of our customers' contact lens purchases
* Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with empowerment to make decisions in the moment
* Identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
* Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience
* 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
* Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
* A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
* A private, dedicated workspace that promotes confidentiality
* A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
* The ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
