**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* **Providing Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues via telephone, email, or instant message.
* **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the problem, and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
* **Escalation**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
* **Tracking and Documentation**: Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
* **Customer Information Updates**: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
* **Quality Standards**: Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
* **Guidance and Mentoring**: May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
* **Other Related Duties**: Perform other related duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: You'll need to possess excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
