As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers, and we're excited to see where your potential can take you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
