**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Service and Support**: Settle customer shipments, prepare monthly claims, and communicate with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies.
* **Financial Administration**: Create invoices and bills in QuickBooks, generate and email customers settlement reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
* **Administrative Support**: Assist with other office tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
* **Record-Keeping and Filing**: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

**Essential Qualifications**
