**Job Schedule**
While we value flexibility and remote work, we also believe in face-to-face interaction and collaboration. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll have a unique schedule that combines remote work with in-office days:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
**Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
* Matching service types with technician availability, location, and duration to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep schedules filled and maintain our membership base
* Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to foster lifelong loyalty
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a call center environment
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Attention to detail and proactive thinking skills
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a remote worker at arenaflex, you'll need to provide:
* High-speed internet access
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
