**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients, clients, and customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
* Working closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
* Conducting adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
* Handling incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information.
* Providing customer education and routine assessment and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and outcomes.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
* 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application.
* Must reside in the state of Nevada.
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
* Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing.
* Experience with patient education and adherence outreach efforts.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
