**Position Summary**
We're hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home, balancing priorities in and outside of work, while being committed to delivering heart-driven service to our plan members. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide heart-driven service, simplifying the healthcare experience for plan members
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Work from home, balancing priorities in and outside of work, while being committed to delivering heart-driven service to plan members
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, and/or military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Must reside in Tennessee and be within 150 miles of Nashville
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience
