**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients and clients to provide personalized support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy**: You'll work closely with patients to understand their needs and provide education on the benefits of generics or other therapy options.
* **Conducting generic conversions or therapy changes**: You'll work with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
* **Ensuring patient adherence**: You'll proactively reach out to patients to ensure they're staying on their medications and remaining adherent to their therapies.
* **Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls**: You'll effectively handle phone calls from patients, clients, and other customers, providing exceptional service and support.
* **Providing customer education**: You'll educate patients on insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements, as well as provide routine assessment and problem identification.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ years of customer service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
* **6+ months of high-volume customer service experience**: You'll have experience working in a high-volume customer service environment, using Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application.
* **Residency in the state of Nevada**: You'll need to reside in the state of Nevada to be eligible for this role.
**Education**
* **Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent**: You'll need to have a verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
**Work Environment**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and have a secure workspace free from distractions. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role.
**Schedule**
The team works Monday-Friday, with weekends off. Schedule options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Days off and hours may vary, though you'll have a set schedule.
