**What to Expect**
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients through inbound, billing, and customer support calls. Your primary goal will be to assist callers with billing inquiries, determine offerings customers are missing, and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations. You'll also be expected to ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC).
