**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service excellence. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in English (written and verbal)
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Reliable internet connection to complete job duties
