You will be responsible for collaborating with our Customer Service Account Managers (CSAMs), internal teams, and channel partner affiliates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and implementing process improvements, driving business growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with CSAMs, internal teams, and channel partner affiliates to execute customer service processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with CSAMs, channel partner affiliates, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. * Attend regular calls and record audits with channel partner affiliates to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer service processes. * Oversee the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with channel partner affiliates, from request booking through delivery, to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction levels. * Own post-bill, backend business health metrics, and KPIs, providing key information, measurements, and execution plans to management and partners. * Focus on responsibility, managing multiple and competing tasks, and meeting time constraints for various expectations. * Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Activities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Utilize data and analysis to inform decision-making and influence others. * Work in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing business requirements, and quickly understanding complex business processes. * Master SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. * Recognize patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers, providing input to management to improve processes that enhance internal and external customer experience. * Think creatively and influence with data-driven models, changing the thinking of, or gaining acknowledgment of, others in sensitive situations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communication to the relevant audience. * Thorough and self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team. * Maintain balance and a positive outlook in a challenging, fast-paced, and quickly changing environment. * Excellent presentation skills. * Ability to represent arenaflex remotely at client discussions with exceptional skill. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Tasks/Supply Chain or more. * 1-3 years of experience in Tasks, with a strong understanding of the request cycle and execution process. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business requirements. * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. * Proficiency in SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in process improvement, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to recognize patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. * Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. * Experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $35-45 per year. * Opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and continuous learning. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Professional development opportunities, with a focus on career growth and advancement. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
