As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our franchisees, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering excellent support by answering incoming calls, chats, and emails from franchisees
* Responding to franchisee inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
* Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with resolving problems related to our proprietary software
* Asking probing questions to better understand the issue at hand and providing accurate, efficient solutions
* Communicating clear expectations to franchisees regarding issue resolution timelines
* Using screen-sharing software when necessary to diagnose and resolve technical or software issues
* Serving as a liaison between franchisees and other departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly
* Identifying recurring challenges and communicating these to the management team to drive process improvements
* Offering training and support on proprietary tools and assisting with general software troubleshooting
