**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, Payroll, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering top-notch customer support services to small businesses via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer support services via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported problems, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal teams to convey customer feedback.
* Educating customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our payroll product, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system.
* Contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and retention goals, striving to exceed customer expectations.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of customer support experience, with 1+ year working in payroll support or implementation.
* A strong understanding of payroll fundamentals at the federal, state, and local levels.
* A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications.
