**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital Insights and Business Navigation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Online Business Development Chief in all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, report preparation, research, and dashboard development. Your primary goal will be to transform data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms to create meaningful experiences that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Manage all data, including advertising data, customer data, website data, product, and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to develop data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
* Examine data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business performance.
* Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that empower teams to visualize data insights and track performance.
* Develop and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
* Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
* Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including leaders, marketing teams, and external partners.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and create insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience working with datasets.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or other data representation tools.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field.
