**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help us drive business growth and improve our supporter experience. As a key member of our Data Examination group, you'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted supporters, and collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee the integrity of our supporter adjustments. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage data and document requirements related to supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new data being gathered, and episode remediation, ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required.
* Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise supporters for informing and remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
* Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjustments and the technical framework underlying supporter data.
* Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2+ years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
* Knowledge of Wind current
