**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis and insights. You will work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve our customers' experience. You will also collaborate with our Advanced Tasks Community (DOC) to develop functional metrics and dashboards that inform our business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Grasp the advanced performance of our applications/frameworks and understand their impact on business functionality
* Develop and implement data analysis work streams that drive business growth and improvement
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for execution and increased flexibility
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Devotion leadership teams
* Work with our US and India Information Center teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools
* Track new platform updates and application deliveries and cycles, and stay up-to-date with current applications/frameworks to explore system performance, dive into errors, reaction time, service logs, define new data collection and labeling, and create universal dashboards
* Communicate and present updates to leadership, and assemble regular presentations

* With domain expertise, assemble trusted data products including dashboards and reporting tools to support Digital Channels, Personalization, and Devotion leadership teams in making data-driven decisions on application performance
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, etc.)
* 3+ years of experience in web-based business stage development
* Experience assembling presentations for teammates and leaders and interfacing with all levels of management
* Proven ability to create a vision, inspire the team towards that vision, and offer support to achieve it
* Broad experience with BI tooling (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to deliver significant, rich dashboards
* Advanced SQL skills
* Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
* Legally authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship
* Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
* Solid, reliable attendance is a fundamental capability of the position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Aviation Administration, or Operations Research
* Software engineering, Data Systems, avionics management or related degree, Operations Research, MBA
* Google Data Analysis Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analysis, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-Side performance measurement tools e.g. Quantum Measurements
* Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana is a significant plus
* Experience with Enterprise monitoring systems is a plus
* Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
* Past carrier or travel industry experience is a plus
* Experience with AWS - Redshift, Fast sight, Athena
* Experience with Big Question
* Continuous integration and delivery using Agile approaches.
* Regression analysis on performance forecasts, exp. in different regression strategies
