**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our databases. You'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information with precision and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities**
* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency
* Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed
* Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances to ensure optimal performance
* Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network settings as required
* Alert and log monitoring to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
* Perform preventative health checks to ensure network stability
* Incident management, including reporting and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Administer security and IAM to ensure data protection and access control
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
* Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
* Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
* Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
* Basic knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Powershell, and Bash scripting
* Experience with developer tools, Wireshark, and ServiceNow
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field (computer science, information technology, etc.)
* Experience with network appliances, load balancers, routers, and switches
* Knowledge of middleware, logs, and alerts
* Familiarity with network monitoring systems, diagnostic commands, and incident management tools
* ITSL Processes & Tools experience
* Cloud, AI, Machine Learning, and other emerging technologies experience
