**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Using multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy
* Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes
* Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
* Preparing reports as requested
* Educating customers on arenaflex products & services
* Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
* Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence
* Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources
* Completing special operational and client projects as assigned
* Acting as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
* Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor
* Coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
* Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2-5 years of experience in payroll and data entry
* Strong experience with MS Excel
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
* Payroll/Commission background a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with payroll software and systems
* Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
