Are you passionate about helping people navigate complex healthcare and retirement benefits? Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment where every interaction makes a meaningful difference in someone's life? If so, arenaflex invites you to join our team as a Benefits Customer Service Representative — a remote position serving members in the Pittsburgh, PA area with flexibility, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.
At arenaflex, we believe that great customer service is the foundation of everything we do. Our mission is to empower members to understand and maximize their healthcare and pension benefits, providing them with the confidence and clarity they need to make informed decisions about their coverage. As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of compassion and expertise that members rely on daily — guiding them through enrollment processes, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
This is a remote position; however, you must be local to the Pittsburgh, PA area. You’ll need to visit our office on Day 1 to pick up equipment, and occasionally attend in-person meetings or special projects. This hybrid approach allows you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining valuable face-to-face connections with your team.

- Documentation and Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all member interactions, ensuring information is properly documented in our systems for future reference and continuity of care.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry regulations, plan changes, and best practices in customer service. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
