The Role: Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented full-time Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for medical providers, patients, and billing services, answering inbound calls and providing clear, helpful information about our services, claims processes, and reimbursement procedures. What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service while accurately documenting and processing information. Here's what you can expect:
- Respond to incoming claim calls with professionalism and empathy, logging all relevant data into our proprietary medical bill review system with precision and attention to detail.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications seamlessly to support daily responsibilities, ensuring smooth task execution across various platforms and tools.
- Explain benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures clearly and concisely, helping callers understand complex information while maintaining patience and professionalism.
- Interface with diverse stakeholders including medical providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times.
- Maintain a quiet and professional work environment free from distractions, ensuring that every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
- Thrive in a metrics-driven environment where performance is measured and recognized, using data to continuously improve your effectiveness and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to a consistent work schedule of typically 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with one late night per week with shifts extending up to 7:00 pm CT. Schedule may be adjusted based on business needs.
- Maintain a reliable remote setup with broadband or fiber internet from a reputable provider, offering at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds to ensure seamless connectivity during your shifts.

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior inbound call center customer service experience—your background in handling high-volume calls will be invaluable in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you must be able to convey complex information clearly and professionally, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is critical when documenting claims and processing sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent—this is the minimum educational requirement for consideration.
- Strong technical aptitude—you should be comfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving technology.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls while simultaneously capturing detailed and accurate notes, maintaining focus and precision under pressure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Edge for effective communication, documentation, data management, and web-based tasks.
- Ability to learn basic medical terminology—we'll provide training, but you should have the aptitude and willingness to absorb new information quickly.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage your productivity in a remote work environment.
- A reliable, distraction-free workspace where you can maintain full availability, focused attention, and accurate documentation throughout your shift.

- Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
