**The Role**

**Qualifications**

* Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems and typing 40+ wpm.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize, working smart to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
* Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
* Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS, with a strong desire to serve our diverse customer base.
