We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to join our global team. Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry to Salesforce: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Salesforce CRM platform to ensure seamless tracking and management of our clients and partners.
- Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking: Ensure that data is properly labeled and categorized to facilitate effective tracking and analysis.
- Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io: Utilize our proprietary research tools to gather accurate and up-to-date contact information for our clients and partners.
- Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce: Conduct thorough research on our clients and partners to gather valuable insights and enter the information into our Salesforce database.
- With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects: Demonstrate your skills and adaptability by taking on special projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training: We value education and are open to students with strong GPAs and a commitment to intellectual rigor.
- Strong data entry Salesforce experience: Proven experience with Salesforce data entry and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Meticulous attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Duration and Location
This part-time position is available for a minimum of six months, with the option to extend. You will work remotely with our global team, which spans over 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
