In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) transformation initiative. With more than 5 million surveys received from clients each year across our Consumer, Business, and Service Provider divisions, our Customer Listening team manages the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique. This comprehensive program includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, with over 40 research studies translated into more than 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries worldwide. As our Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating this end-to-end customer voice methodology.
