As a Technical Customer Success Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of Chrome Enterprise and identify opportunities to maximize their investment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Help new customers get up and running with Chrome Enterprise and ensure they're receiving the most value in return
* Foster strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor, bringing their voice to the table and ensuring their needs are heard
* Track the outcome of customer interactions and the impact of customer success drives, identifying opportunities for customers to get more value from Chrome Enterprise
* Build a customer community for learning and empowerment, providing resources and support to help customers succeed
* Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before they become major problems
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college education in Software Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience in processing end-client interactions and providing technical support
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience working with hardware, operating systems, SaaS-based applications, and enterprise software solutions
* Knowledge of operating systems, program space, and Google Cloud technologies
* Familiarity with device management, Chrome operating system, Chrome Enterprise management, Dynamic Catalog Organization Services (ADFS), Google Workspace, M365, VPN, VDI, and common project management software applications used in the enterprise space
**Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent technical problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer design, product management, engineering, and marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
