**Job Summary**
As a Trust and Safety Intelligence Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in identifying and addressing the most critical issues that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve user trust. **Key Responsibilities**
* Influence SQL to build robust and scalable data pipelines and workflows that automate data collection, processing, and delivery, enhancing the team's impact.
* Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions.
* Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across different domains, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating actionable insights.
* Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
* Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to realistic, contentious, or disturbing themes or content.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college education or equivalent experience.
* 1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, insights, or related fields.
* Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at different levels.
* Experience with data visualization, experimentation, and causal inference.
* Experience in Trust and Safety, Intel, or strategy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in a relevant field.
* Experience in SQL, data warehousing, data mining, data visualization, or involvement with a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
* Experience with data science tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at different levels.
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies, including data mining, data warehousing, and data visualization.
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000, with benefits and perks that include:
