Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, ensuring each interaction exceeds customer expectations
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, providing appropriate solutions and following through to ensure complete resolution
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively and accurately
- Identify and escalate complex or escalated issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution while keeping customers informed
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and genuine engagement
- Process product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and ensure all transactions are accurately documented
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets and contribute to team-wide KPIs and goals
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, product updates, and industry trends to provide the most accurate information to customers
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer pain points and suggestions for improving products or services
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional collaboration as needed to support business objectives
