Role Overview:

This role serves as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday modules and plays a critical leadership role in the design, delivery, and long-term optimization of Workday solutions. The individual will lead large-scale system initiatives, independently manage complex projects, and partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure Workday effectively supports enterprise-wide business objectives.  This position requires strong systems thinking, the ability to translate business strategy into scalable system solutions, and confidence operating with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required: BS/BA degree 

 

Minimum Experience: 10-15 years system experience, 5-10 year Workday experience 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Workday system configuration, project management, compliance, global HR business processes, testing/process documentation
