Information Data Entry Specialist

KidSide, Inc., has been developed to raise and secure funds to provide the best possible services and facilities to the children of Miami-Dade County who have suffered through the conflict of their parents divorce or other litigation in the Family and Domestic Violence Courts. By working with Family Court Services, a unit of the Miami-Dade County Eleventh Circuit Court, Family Division, KidSide, Inc. will strive to ensure that the best interests of the children are considered by their parents as well as the Court.

KidSide, Inc. is delighted to receive donations from persons, firms and corporations dedicated to support the needs of children immersed in family court conflicts. Proceeds will benefit Family Court Services by enhancing services and facilities, funding additional staffing and providing additional hours of operation when possible. Additionally, KidSide, Inc. is available to receive grant funding in its quest to enhance the Family Court Services Units response to the children, parents and Judiciary of the Family and Domestic Violence Courts.

KidSide, a 501(c)3, supports the needs of low-income families referred to Family Court Services, a unit that assists parents and children caught in the web of the Court system in Miamis 11th judicial circuit. We provide critical assistance, counseling, and other resources to children from low-income families involved in cases like high conflict divorce, paternity, domestic violence, or abuse.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Information Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into our systems to support our mission and ensure smooth operations. If you have basic computer skills, enjoy working independently, and want to contribute to a meaningful cause, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data related to our programs, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries into our databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy data retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across the organization.
• Generate and format basic reports as needed for program and fundraising activities.
• Assist with periodic data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed in line with organizational standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience with data entry or clerical work is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
