As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to specialize in one of our distinctive consumer lending brands, each tailored to meet specific customer needs.
Upon joining arenaflex, you'll undergo an intensive 4-week training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. This training covers product knowledge, customer interaction best practices, system navigation, and compliance requirements.
