Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Pharmacy Benefits Manager Business Customer Service Center. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between arenaflex and our valued plan members, answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns related to their prescription drug coverage and health insurance benefits.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance what's important inside and outside of work while remaining committed to delivering high-quality service.
