Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our patient services team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing information collection and patient enrollment tasks, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry within our pharmacy systems. You will investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) to ensure accuracy.
- Exception Handling: You will be responsible for resolving all data entry-related exceptions, ensuring that any discrepancies are addressed promptly and accurately. This requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Patient Communication: Handle correspondence with patients through inbound calls, chats, and messages. You will also make outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed to gather information, clarify details, or follow up on requests. - Third-Party Issue Resolution: Resolve third-party issues by researching, collecting information, making necessary amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. - Regulatory Compliance: Must obtain an active technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain an active technician license or certification throughout employment. - Policy Adherence: Observe established working methods and perform duties in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions.
Essential Qualifications
