About You 
We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a multi-client portfolio. In 2026, media buying is automated, but winning requires a human who can architect the data, audit the AI, and ensure LLM visibility. You are a hands-on operator who doesn't just chase a low CPC, but builds systems that drive high-value ROAS. If you understand that the future of search is about intent mapping and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), we want to meet you.

Expected salary range, Ontario based: $70,000 - $110,000 + other benefits.
