Responsibilities
- Client communication and support
- Collector support (disputes, documents, settlements, etc.)
- Client portal and account setup
- Internal coordination and data accuracy
- Pull documentation from client portal
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, client services in a collection environment
- Familiarity with disputes, documentation, and account-level client requests
- Experience working with client portals, CRMs, or collection software
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience handling client contract terms, fee structures, service-level expectations
- Strong written communication skills with a professional, client-focused tone
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working understanding of collection terminology and workflows
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow defined processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, work) and internal collection systems
