They are seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney with over 5 years of experience in Commercial Contracts and SaaS Agreements to support contract review and negotiation for a fast-scaling SaaS organization.
Responsibilities
- Supporting commercial contract review and negotiation for a fast scaling SaaS organization
- Review, redline, and negotiate outbound commercial agreements in support of the sales function
- Provide transactional support to help facilitate contract execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support timely deal turnaround
- Operate independently within an existing sales contract review process
- Support periods of increased contract activity as business needs fluctuate
- Work closely with the sales team to support deal velocity, ensuring contracts move efficiently through the review and approval process
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to sales, balancing risk mitigation with business objectives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skills
- 5+ years' experience with Commercial Contracts and SaaS Agreements
- Candidates must be able to work full-time up to 40 hours per week
- Candidates must be able to work and support ET time zone
- The work will be performed remotely
- Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement
