The Contact Centre Associate will assist members with inquiries and transactions while recommending products that enhance their financial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence
- Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution
- Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels
- Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Post-secondary education with emphasis in business would be an asset
- One year in a Branch Ambassador role, or equivalent experience
- Prior loan and investment administration experience would be an asset
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
