Position Overview

What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service through telephone communications. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:
- Accept Incoming Calls: Respond professionally to incoming calls from customers, store partners, and internal stakeholders who are seeking guidance, support, or resolution to their issues. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand with every interaction.
- Create Support Tickets: Document call details accurately by creating detailed support tickets in our system. You'll capture all relevant information, including customer concerns, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolution actions recommended.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting to identify and resolve common issues. You'll follow established protocols and guidelines to diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Follow Written Instructions: Navigate through documentation, knowledge bases, and procedural guides to find accurate information and follow written directions precisely.
- Process Incoming Forms: Handle and process various forms and documentation submitted by customers, partners, and vendors. Ensure all submissions are reviewed, processed, and routed to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain Detailed Notes: Exercise excellent note-taking and organizational skills to maintain comprehensive records of all interactions. This includes documenting customer information, issue descriptions, resolution steps, and follow-up actions.
- Multi-Tasking Excellence: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. You'll handle various call types and tasks throughout your shift.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust and develop strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Collaboration is key to delivering seamless support.
