Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to passengers across various channels. Your daily duties will include:
- Passenger Assistance: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to passengers via phone, email, and online chat channels. Address inquiries about reservations, flight status, baggage policies, and general travel information with accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally
