Position Overview
This position is a fully remote role requiring you to work from your home office. You'll be part of our pharmacy support team, assisting customers with their medication-related inquiries, insurance verification, and technical support. The role requires a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours, providing you with the opportunity to balance work and personal commitments.
Hours: 30-39 hours per week (may require additional or fewer hours based on business requirements)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our customer support efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Virtual Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to customers over the phone, email, and web. You'll handle billing and insurance verification inquiries, answer product and service questions, and ensure every customer receives the assistance they need.
- Call Management: Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses and professional communication at all times.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate customer questions and concerns, proactively identifying solutions before issues escalate. Take a hands-on approach to resolving every problem, owning it from start to finish.
- Clinical Escalation: When necessary, collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure customers receive accurate clinical advice and guidance regarding their medications.
- Insurance and Shipping Support: Help customers navigate insurance coverage, understand their copays, and address shipping needs for their medications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Technical Requirements: A hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to your home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed. A reliable, high-speed connection is essential for seamless customer interactions.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice. You must be comfortable adapting to shifting work hours.
- Home Work Environment: Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions (such as barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.). You must be able to devote full attention to customers during work hours.
