Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the friendly voice and helpful resource for members of a prestigious national non-profit organization. You'll be handling customer inquiries across multiple channels – primarily phone, but also email, SMS, chat, and social media – ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued, heard, and satisfied.
